Katie Holmes will reportedly spend Christmas with Suri Cruise and her own family.
The 'Dead Accounts' Broadway star - who split from 'Mission Impossible' actor Tom Cruise in June after six years of marriage and has sole custody of their six-year-old daughter - is said to have agreed that Suri will spend the festive season with her after she spent Thanksgiving with him in London last week.
A source told the Fastmazaa : ''Katie and Tom are focused on Suri and as part of their divorce agreement, Suri will spend Christmas with Katie.
''They are trying to be amicable and Tom will see Suri over the holidays - but on Christmas, Suri will be with Katie and her family.''
The little girl was spotted back at her New York school yesterday (26.11.12) after spending last week in England with Tom, who has been shooting a movie there and prior to last week's visit hadn't seen her for three months.
A source told the Fastmazaa that Tom hired four guards to protect Suri and treated her to a day at the Harry Potter World theme park in Hertfordshire on Friday (23.11.12).
Katie, 33, spent the holiday with her own family in her native Ohio.
She previously opened up about her plans, saying: ''We have Thursday off, so I'm going to have a chance to go home with my family.
''My sister makes a really good sausage stuffing and my mom makes a great turkey. Many years ago, my dad started this tradition where we all do this run in the local park.
''It's a three mile run called the Turkey Trot. There's even a prize, which I haven't won yet. But it's really fun.''

Artist Marlene Dumas' melancholy piece, entitled Amy-Blue, is the first painted portrait of Winehouse to be acquired by the gallery, which houses images of icons such as Sir Winston Churchill and Queen Elizabeth Ii.
The pale blue oil canvas, which depicts the singer wearing her trademark heavy eyeliner, has been given a wall to itself and is the first work visitors see when entering the contemporary galleries.
Sandy Nairne, Director of the National Portrait Gallery, says, "The National Portrait Gallery is very pleased to acquire this important portrait of an influential singer and songwriter."
The portrait was bought for an undisclosed sum with support from the fundraising charity The Art Fund.

A source told The Fastmazaa : ''John and Katy have decided to give it a proper go and want to find a place in LA to share.
''But lots of people are willing them to fail. They row a bit and have quite a turbulent up-and-down relationship, despite it only being a few months old.
''Many of her friends are certain it will all end in tears.
''But that's brought them closer in a way. It's given them an 'us against the world' mentality.''
Sources say the couple - who had a brief split in October before getting back together - are smitten with each other and like to spend every moment they can together.
One said: ''They are together virtually every day.
''They hang out at John's place, cooking, watching movies and playing music.
''They take the odd trip away but generally they're trying to keep it behind closed doors.''
Katy - whose 14-month marriage to Russell Brand ended last December - has already introduced John to her parents as she knows the romance is serious.
The source added: ''Introducing John to her parents was a huge step for Katy and it proves she's 100 per cent committed.''

Ashlee began dating Vincent last June after splitting from husband Pete Wentz, the father of her four-year-old son, Bronx Mowgli.
Vincent has previously spoken about their relationship and said how they enjoyed doing the simple things together.
He said: ''I'm a real low profile guy. So a date night for me is kind of curled up at home and watching something . . . have a nice glass of wine, a nice meal and we're all set.''
Ashlee's parents, Joe and Tina Simpson, recently announced they were splitting after 34 years together and she has been there to support both her mother and father.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's kids are desperate for them to wed

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie say their six children are pestering them to get married soon, but they are still hoping for same-sex weddings to be legalised in the US before they tie the knot.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are being pressured into marriage by their kids.
The Hollywood couple hope to set a date for their upcoming nuptials sooner rather then later because their six children Maddox, 11, Pax, eight, Zahara, seven, Shiloh, six, and four-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne are clamouring for their parents to make their relationship official and tie the knot.
Brad told Fastmazaa : ''We're getting a lot of pressure from the kids. We didn't realise how much it meant to them and then, in getting engaged, how much it also means to us.''
The lovebirds - who met on the set of 'Mr & Mrs Smith' - have previously stated they won't wed until same-sex marriage is legalised in America and 'Moneyball' actor Brad, 48, says proposing to 37-year-old Angelina in April made him believe more than ever that everyone should have the right to get married.
He added: ''Everyone should have [the right].''
Brad recently donated $100,000 to the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) in support of gay marriage and is backing their efforts to campaign for marriage equality in Maine, Maryland, Minnesota and Washington State.
Asked about his pending wedding plans, he said: ''I'm still hoping we'll figure out our marriage equality in the States before then.''

Madonna is insecure about her thighs.
The 'Girl Gone Wild' singer doesn't like her upper legs and spent months working on getting them toned so she felt confident showing them off during performances on her 'MDNA Tour'.
The pop superstar's personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer said: '''We're all born with an area we're insecure about and she thinks it's her thighs so we spend a lot of time moulding and sculpting. She works very hard on it.''
Nicole, 28, has worked with Madonna, 54, for three years, and says she trains for between one and two hours every day solo as well as with her dancers and backing singers who are on tour with her.
Speaking about the workout routine she follows with the star, Nicole added to the current issue of new! magazine: ''I look to tighten the back of the arms, to cinch the waist, to flatten the lower abdominals, to work on the inner and outer definition of the thighs and to raise the butt.
''[Its all about] burning calories and achieving muscle tone.''
Nicole also admits she is impressed by Madonna's dedication and work ethic, training so hard while also working and being a full time mother to Lourdes, 16, Rocco, 12, David, seven and Mercy, six.
She said: ''She's in the gym five or six days a week as well as being a full-time mother. So if I feel a bit low I just look to her and think, 'If she can do it, I have no excuse.' ''
