DJ Fresh records with Ellie Goulding

DJ Fresh records with Ellie Goulding
DJ Fresh has revealed he has been working on a secret track with Ellie Goulding, but refused to give any details about the song.
Ellie Goulding has been recording with DJ Fresh.
The 'Hot Right Now' hitmaker - whose real name is Dan Stein - is ''really excited'' about the collaboration but refused to give any further details.
He said: ''I just collaborated with Ellie Goulding on something but I'm not really allowed to say anything. I'm really excited about it.''
The electro star also admitted he is always surprised by the ''friendly mosh pits'' that spring up at his 'Fresh Live' gigs.
He told the fastmazaa.blogspot.com : ''Most pits always seem to kick off at our gigs.
''I'm all for people going nuts and having a great time. It's almost become a feature of a 'Fresh Live' gig and people know it's part of the vibe,
''I often get tweets from girls saying, 'I got heavily bruised up in the most put at 'Fresh Live' last night', sounding really proud of themselves.
''I'm not sure it's really right for girls to be getting bruised up at my gigs. That's not quite what I was hoping to promote. The mosh pits you get at rock shows can be quite aggressive but the ones at ours are a different kind. We're a more friendly mosh pit.''

Radio DJs devastation over nurse's death

Radio DJs devastation over nurse's death

The Australian radio DJs at the centre of the royal phone hoax say they are devastated over the death of the nurse who took their phone call and have offered their sympathy to Jacintha Saldanha's family.
The radio DJs at the centre of the royal phone hoax say they are devastated over the death of the nurse who took their call.
Jacintha Saldanha was found dead on Friday (10.12.12), in what was an apparent suicide, 48 hours after the broadcast of an early-morning prank call in which Mel Greig and Michael Christian posed as Britain's Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles, asking about the health of Duchess Catherine.
They had rang the King Edward VII Hospital in London, where Catherine was being treated for acute morning sickness, and were put through to one of the duchess' nurses by Jacintha.
And now the Australian DJs have spoken out over their devastation about the mother-of-two's tragic death.
Mel - who impersonated the queen in the prank call for their 2DayFM radio show - said: ''There is not a minute that goes by where we don't think about her [Jacintha's] family and what they must be going through. The thought that we may have played a part in that is gut wrenching.''
Mel also said she wanted to get in touch with Jacintha's family to let them know she was thinking of them.
She tearfully told Australian TV show 'A Current Affair': ''I have thought about this a million times in my head, that I just wanted to reach out to them and just give them a big hug and say sorry. I hope they are OK, I really do.''
Michael added: ''I just hope that they get the love, the support, the care that they need.''
Jacintha's 49-year-old husband said he was ''devastated'' by her death while her 14-year-daughter Lisha posted on Facebook: ''I miss you. I love you.''
She also had a 16-year-old son, Junal.

Helen Mirren Death of royal hoax nurse is tragic

Helen Mirren Death of royal hoax nurse is tragic

Dame Helen Mirren, who portrayed Queen Elizabeth in 'The Queen, has described the death of royal hoax nurse Jacintha Saldanha as ''tragic'' and terrible.
Dame Helen Mirren thinks the death of the royal hoax nurse is ''incredibly tragic''.
The actress - who played Prince William's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth in the 2006 film 'The Queen' - has spoken of her shock at the apparent suicide of nurse Jacintha Saldanha following a prank call made by Australian radio DJs Mel Greig and Michael Christian to the King Edward VII Hospital in London to find out the condition of the pregnant Duchess of Cambridge, who was admitted to the hospital last week for severe morning sickness.
The DJs spoke with Jacintha when they called the hospital impersonating the queen and Prince Charles and obtained sensitive information about Catherine - who was known as Kate Middleton before she married William - and just 48 after the broadcast of the call Jacintha was found dead on Friday (07.12.12).
Speaking to fastmazaa.blogspot.com at the premiere of her new film 'Hitchock' in London on Sunday (09.12.12), Helen said the death of the nurse was a tragedy, but she still feels empathy towards the two DJs.
She said: ''I think that was incredibly tragic, and unfortunate, and silly. People do these silly things for a laugh. We've all done them, incidentally, and I don't think opprobrium should be laid upon the heads of those two very, very silly Australians.
''[It was] just horribly, horribly tragic. You just don't know what to say really. Just awful.''
The 67-year-old actress - who won the Best Actress Oscar for portraying Queen Elizabeth - also expressed her joy for Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge and she believes they will make great parents.
She added: ''The pregnancy of any young couple is a wonderful thing to celebrate.''
Other stars at the premiere at the British Film Institute Cinema included Sir Anthony Hopkins - who portrays the iconic director in the biopic - and the film's director Sacha Gervasi.

Ed Sheeran Wants Collaboration With Reality Show Winner

Ed Sheeran Wants Collaboration With Reality Show Winner
British singer Ed Sheeran wants to give the latest winner of The X Factor U.K. a big boost by offering up a collaboration.
Singer-songwriter James Arthur, whose mentor was pop star Nicole Scherzinger, took home the crown on the talent show's finale on Sunday (09Dec12) and landed a lucrative record deal - as well as an invitation to join Sheeran for a jam session.
Sheeran told Arthur, "Well done. Let's get into the studio together as soon as the show's done," while a source tells The fastmazaa.blogspot.com , "Ed sees some of himself in James. He likes his style and is convinced a collaboration would be a big hit."
Scherzinger, who has also said she wants to record a track with Arthur, described the 24-year-old victor as "a fighter", adding, "He wanted this, he willed this to happen. He deserves this so much."
The X Factor final featured performances from chart-topping acts One Direction, Rihanna, Rita Ora and Emeli Sande.

Late Show From James Arthur Sees Him Seal UK X Factor Crown

Late Show From James Arthur Sees Him Seal UK X Factor Crown

Despite only becoming a prominent front runner in the competition at week eight, James Arthur took the X Factor UK crown last night, beating out Jahmene Douglas and Christopher Maloney in the final held over two nights (December 9 and 10).
The fastmazaa.blogspot.com  published the week-by-week votes from throughout the 10 weeks of live competition, and as recently as week seven Arthur was in the bottom two, having only taken 13.7% that week. What a difference a week makes, though, and sure enough the next weekend he was on top of the polls with 51.7% after two stunning renditions of Abba’s ‘SOS’ and Marvin Gaye’s ‘Let’s Get It On’. He was never bested again, and so although last night’s final was undoubtedly tense, the result was perhaps a lot less in doubt than it might have appeared.
In the final held in Manchester, Arthur was comfortably clear of Maloney on the first night, singing ‘Feeling Good’ by Nina Simone and ‘Make You Feel My Love’ by Bob Dylan with mentor Nicole Scherzinger. Indeed, it was a busy night for Scherzinger given that Douglas was also her protégé, and so she teamed up with him for ‘The Greatest Love Of All’, made famous by Whitney Houston. With Thomas putting in a strong performance on the first night, it was no surprise that Liverpudlian Maloney was the first of the three to go, bowing out on the Saturday night. Last night, though, Arthur was victorious, 53.7% to 38.9%; he returned to ‘Let’s Get It On’ and ‘Impossible’ by Shontelle to step it up a notch and take the win.
The bad news for Arthur may be that this isn’t quite the springboard to success he was hoping for; many have criticized this year’s competition for being the worst in its history, and with recent reports that judge Tulisa’s new album The Female Boss has barely scraped the UK Top 40 albums chart this weekend, it’s clear that sustained exposure on the show isn’t necessarily the path to success it might once have been.

Olga Kurylenko praises mother for sacrifices

Olga Kurylenko praises mother for sacrifices
She played a stunning Bond girl in 2008's 'Quantum of Solace', but actress Olga Kurylenko has revealed she and her mother struggled to have enough money for food and clothes when she was growing up.
Olga Kurylenko's mother would make her own clothes because the family was so poor.
The 'Seven Psychopaths' actress lived in poverty in Berdyansk, Ukraine, and was raised solely by her mother Marina Alyabusheva after her father Konstantin walked out on them when Olga was just three.
The pair had so little money they could sometimes not even afford to eat and Olga's mother even sacrificed her own clothes to ensure her daughter was warm.
In an interview with The fastmazaa.blogspot.com , she revealed: ''My mum Marina and I were poor and hungry. We could sometimes not afford to eat - seriously.
''We lived together in a small town, called Berdyansk, in Ukraine. I was an only child. I don't think we would have survived if there had been more kids.
''My mum made our own clothes and sewed winter coats. She even cut back one of her own to make mine warm.
''I did not have a father. It was my mum who chose to be alone. She felt that she would be better off by herself with me after I was born.''
However, Olga's life was transformed when she was spotted by a modelling scout at the age of 14 on a trip to Moscow, Russia, which her mother had saved for.
The 33-year-old former Bond girl said: ''On that one visit, when I was 14, my life changed forever. I was stopped by a model scout who wanted me to work for an agency.
''A month later, we went back for a meeting. They were mostly women. My mum realised this was not a hoax, but the real thing. She told me, 'This is the kind of luck that comes your way only once. Do not turn your back on this.' ''
Olga gave up her blossoming modelling career to become an actress in 2004, and after landing the role of sexy spy Camilla Montes in 007 adventure 'Quantum of Solace' - in which she starred opposite Daniel Craig - she returned home to share her joy.
She said: ''When I was hired for Bond, I could not believe it. I returned to my hometown while promoting the film. It was my proudest moment to go back and see my mum.''

Matt Damon's wife keeps him normal

Matt Damon's wife keeps him normal
Matt Damon's stable family life helps him to achieve normality away from his work.
Matt Damon's wife helps him to stay normal.
The 42-year-old actor has been married to Luciana, 36, for seven years and the 'Departed' star loves how supportive she is.
A source said: ''He's found the trick to having the most normal life possible. Luciana lets him work and is there for him when he needs her. He loves coming home to her after months on set.''
The couple - who raise four daughters together, Alexia, 14, Isabella, six, Gia, four, and two-year-old Stella - were planning to buy a home in New York but decided on Los Angeles in order to have more room for their family.
The insider added to Us fastmazaa.blogspot.com : ''Luciana wanted more space for the kids and Matt puts family first.''
Matt recently admitted he hopes his daughters don't want to follow him into acting.
He said: ''I would try to steer my daughters away from acting. Women are in a different business than we are. It is just brutal for women. For men, the roles get really good at 40 and beyond. And that's when you really start doing your best work.''

He said: ''I first met her and David in Rome when I was with Jennifer Lopez. We all got chatting at Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes's wedding and had a laugh. Victoria has got a secret wild side.
''She has this vibe that makes everyone around her laugh. When she moved to Los
Angeles [in 2007], her office called me about working with her.''
Ken insists the Spice Girls singer loves to have a lot of ''fun'' in her private time and always tries to avoid taking herself ''too seriously''.
He added to fastmazaa.blogspot.com : ''She's spontaneous. And she doesn't take herself too seriously. You never know what is coming next!
''She's very good at being herself. She's so much fun, which people don't realise, and she's confident in knowing what she wants. Then she goes out to get it!''

Romantic boyfriend Harry Styles

Harry Styles is ''very romantic'' and puts a lot of effort into planning dates, friends say.
Harry Styles is really romantic.
The One Direction heartthrob is believed to be dating Taylor Swift and friends have revealed once 18-year-old Harry - who has previously dated British TV presenter Caroline Flack and been romantically linked with model Cara Delevingne and singer Natalie Imbruglia - likes a girl, he will go all out to woo her.
A source said: ''Once he likes a girl, he's all in. He's very romantic, long emails, surprise gifts, meticulously planned dates.''
However, Taylor and Harry will both be touring next year so are planning to spend as much time together as possible before then.
The insider added to Us fastmazaa.blogspot.com : ''Taylor knows she has limited time so she wants to spend as many days with him as possible.''
However, friends of the 22-year-old singer -who has dated the likes of Conor Kennedy, Joe Jonas, John Mayer and Jake Gyllenhaal in the past - fear she is setting herself up for ore heartbreak.
The source said: ''It's the same Taylor story, it has tragedy written all over it.''

Colin Farrell's sporting dream

Colin Farrell dreamed of following in his father's footsteps and becoming a professional soccer player, but soon realised he wasn't good enough.
Colin Farrell wanted to be a soccer star when he was younger.
The 36-year-old actor - whose father and uncle were professional players for Shamrock Rovers in his native Ireland - always dreamed of following in his relatives' footsteps but had to give it up as he wasn't good enough.
He said: ''I wanted to be a footballer, but I wasn't good enough. Certainly, when I was 13 or 14, I knew for sure that I'd dropped the ball, so to speak.
''I mean, my dad was kicking a punctured tennis ball up against the wall in his back garden from the time he was four, on his own, six hours a day.
''So by the time he was nine, he was like that black-and-white footage of Maradona - he could make that ball speak. The knowledge of the game, it was so deep in the marrow of who he was. I just... didn't want it enough. He always used to say that to me, 'You're not hungry enough,' and he was right. But I was obviously hungry enough to get on a plane to LA.''
The 'Total Recall' star - who became famous in Hollywood after appearing in UK TV show 'Ballykissangel' - initially found life in America tough due to the demanding work schedule and he says he was left ''disillusioned'' and ''lonely.''
He said: ''For three weeks, I was doing six meetings a day with producers and directors; it was overwhelming, because I was only 22. When I got home, I was so disillusioned. LA can be a very very lonely town.''

Brad Pitt's lucky life

Brad Pitt says his family life and career make him so happy, he feels like he's won the lottery.
Brad Pitt often feels like he's won the lottery because he's so happy in his life.
The 48-year-old actor - who raises six kids, Maddox, 11, Pax, eight, Zahara, seven, Shiloh, six, and four-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, with fiancee Angelina Jolie - insists his life isn't ''that remarkable'' but he is extremely grateful for the wonderful movie roles he's taken on.
He said: ''I still have to get up at 6am and make breakfast for six kids. I don't see my daily life as being that remarkable except for the fact that I've struck the lottery when it comes to my work and the opportunities it's given me.''
While Brad admits he still has a ''great passion'' for starring in motion pictures, he would rather spend more time with his children than on a movie set.
He explained: ''I'm very happy with the projects I've been involved with lately. I still have a great passion for storytelling that has been part of my life ever since I was a kid when my parents would take us to drive-in movies.
''As an actor, I love being able to explore all the complex aspects of human nature and how we're constantly in various stages of conflict with each other. But it's not as consuming as it used to be because my family is my priority and I'd rather spend more time with my kids.''
Brad has recently turned his hand to producing films such as 'Moneyball' and 'Eat Pray Love', but he has no plans to quit acting to become a director in the future.
He added: ''I'm too much of a perfectionist and I would be too obsessive and just drive myself and other people crazy. There are plenty of good directors out there whom I know personally and whose work I respect and trust. I have no problem leaving that part of the filmmaking process to them.''

The source added: ''Matthew told her family he's crazy about her and sees this as a long term relationship.''
Friends also believe laid back Matthew is perfect for 28-year-old Kelly because he keeps her grounded.
A source said recently: ''She tends to be kind of a diva, so his sweet nature is good for her.
''Kelly is the happiest she's ever been. Her career is going well and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy.''
Kelly recently proclaimed Matthew to be the ''love of her life''.
She wrote on twitter: ''Just had the best #MosshartFamily dinner! having a chef that is not only your boyfriend but the love of my life is next level! (sic)''

Paul McCartney put off by bell

Sir Paul McCartney ''f**ked up'' his Olympics performance, as he was distracted by a ''bloody great bell''.
Sir Paul McCartney ''f**ked up'' his Olympics performance.
The Beatles legend was put off by a ''bloody great bell'' chiming shortly before he started singing 'Hey Jude' at the London Games' opening ceremony and it left him perplexed as to when to start his performance.
He recalled: ''During the ceremony, we had a sound glitch. We pre-recorded a playback in case all hell broke loose, but I said, 'We wanna do it live'. Well, I f***ed up basically. I was supposed to wait for a cue but I forgot.
''Why? Well, there's this bloody great bell that we didn't know about. A bloody 50-tonne bell. It was deafening. We were trying to figure out what key it was in, but it was in no key known to mankind.
''I'm supposed to start on the chord of F, so I've gotta go 'Ding, ding, ding, F, F, F'. We were live, everyone was there, the world was ready and this bloody great bell goes off.
''And I forgot I've gotta wait for it, so I go 'Hey Jude...' and someone presses the playback. So there's me on the backing track and actual me, two of us singing.''
Paul was panic-stricken by the blunder but knew he couldn't do anything about it.
He added to fastmazaa.blogspot.com : ''The drummer couldn't look at me because he was in hysterics and I was thinking, 'What have I done?' There was no stopping, it was the Olympics.''

Martin Freeman had never read The Hobbit

Martin Freeman had never read The Hobbit
'The Hobbit' star Martin Freeman confessed he had never read JRR Tolkien's epic fantasy novel before accepting the part.
Martin Freeman was never a fan of 'The Hobbit'.
The 41-year-old actor - who stars as Bilbo Baggins in Peter Jackson's new trilogy 'The Hobbit' - admitted he never read JRR Tolkien's prequel or 'Lord of the Rings' series until he got the role but is now hooked.
He said: ''I hadn't read any of the books actually. I got familiar with Middle Earth through Peter Jackson's films. Now I can see why people love that world so much.''
Martin also loved spending a year and a half in New Zealand filming the movie.
He said: ''It was lovely to have the time to get to know people properly. I'm a homebody so I like putting a DVD on and having a beer. But Ian McKellen was the kind of the social scene. Night's round Gandalf's house. There was a lot of that.''
Martin had to wear prosthetic feet in order to look like a hobbit and revealed he found them quite painful.
He added to fastmazaa.blogspot.com : ''The foot prosthetic comes halfway up your thigh, sort of like stockings. If you've got hairy legs then it's agony. So you have to powder your legs first.''

Prince William overjoyed by baby

Prince William overjoyed by baby

Britain's Prince William and Duchess Catherine cried with happiness when they discovered they were expecting their first child.
The couple will welcome the third-in-line to the British throne next year and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge - who tied the knot in April 2011 - are over the moon.
Catherine's friend Jessica Hay said: 'William and Catherine are absolutely overjoyed with becoming parents. It's the most thrilling news to end a wonderful year on.'
While the couple only announced their pregnancy this week, Jessica says it wasn't a shock to their friends as they had been preparing to conceive for some time.
She added to fastmazaa.blogspot.com : 'Catherine's been steadily putting on weight since April this year and hasn't been drinking for a good few months - they've been preparing all summer. It was decided that they'd try at the tail end of the royal tour in September and that's what happened.
'The difference in Catherine is already tremendous. Her face is already fuller, she really is glowing.'

Review Round-Up Does Bill Murray's Performance Save Hyde Park On Hudson

Review Round-Up Does Bill Murray's Performance Save Hyde Park On Hudson

Bill Murray playing one of America's greatest presidents, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, may not have been everyones first choice, however recent reviews of the upcoming movie Hyde Park On Hudson have more or less been only concerned with Murray's stellar performance, complaining that the film itself is a bit of a dud.
The film itself covers the scandalous relationship between FDR and his cousin and eventual mistress, Daisy Suckley, who is played by Laura Linney in the film. The movie itself is set during a weekend visit by the King and Queen of the United Kingdom to upstate New York in  1939, although the love affair does serve as the main focus of the film.
Reviews that have been particularly praiseworthy of Murray's performance including The New York Observer, which first denounces Daniel Day-Lewis' presidential turn in favour of Murray before saying: "At the center of the action, holding the pieces together with infectious dazzle, a droll Bill Murray simply seizes the center ring and holds one’s attention from beginning to end." Meanwhile another review in Rolling Stone said that Murray "has all the layers the rest of the movie doesn't have at all," adding that the actor's performance was "Oscar-worthy."
Not everyone has been so hyped up about the performance though, with certain reviewers damning Murray as well as the rest of the film, with the New York Times complaining about the "dreariness" as well as saying that the viewer might feel compelled when "Eleanor or Missy, another of Franklin’s lovers, charge in, you long to follow them into another film—one in which everyone really does live in interesting times."
Other reviews also have their own little gripes with the film, with one review (Salon) in particular complaining about a scene featuring a very intimate moment involving the former president and his mistress. You'll have to see it (or not) to find out what it is.

Spice Girls are closer than ever

Spice Girls are closer than ever
Mel C says having children has made the Spice Girls ''chill out'' and they are now closer than ever.
The Spice Girls are better friends now than they've ''ever been''.
Mel C insists her bandmates Mel B, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell and Emma Bunton - who reunited earlier this year to perform at the Olympic Games closing ceremony - are closer than ever before thanks to them becoming ''more chilled out'' after having kids.
She said: ''We're better friends now than we've ever been. We've all grown up, become mums and are more chilled out.
''We're really grateful for each other because if it weren't for all five of us then we wouldn't have the great lives we have now.''
The 38-year-old singer admits it has been a ''great year'' for the 'Wannabe' hitmakers after they got back together for their London 2012 performance, but the brunette star isn't sure whether the girl group will ever play together again.
When asked if she misses the girls, she told fastmazaa.blogspot.com: ''Yes, and this has been such a great year for us because of our performance at the Olympic closing ceremony. We were reminiscing so much over the old times.
''I think all of the girls are happy with the direction their careers have taken.
''I don't know whether we would perform together again.''

Jeremy Irvine created fake showreel for War Horse

Jeremy Irvine created fake showreel for War Horse
Jeremy Irvine has admitted he wanted to break into Hollywood so badly he made a fake showreel in order to impress casting agents.
Jeremy Irvine created a showreel of fake work to land his job in 'War Horse.'
The 22-year-old actor - who had his breakthrough role in the hit movie - became so obsessed to finally get a job he resorted to hiring cameras and filming the showreel before passing it off as real to agents.
He said: ''I was making show reels with my friend - this is basically how I got 'War Horse'. I spent a year making this four-minute thing, and I went around agents telling them it was professional work.
''Looking back, it's embarrassing, but I made lots of clips. I did a bit of 'King Lear,' I did a few other scenes from things with different costumes, and made it look as though I'd done a load of work!''
The star - who is dating singer Ellie Goulding - admits his fame has made it even harder for him to have a relationship and he says he was star struck on the set of his latest film 'Great Expectations.'
He said: ''Let's just say it wasn't easy to go on dates before all this [fame] and it sure isn't easy now.
''A lot of it is still guess work. Of course, walking onto a set with people like Ralph Fiennes [as Magwitch] and Helena Bonham Carter [as Miss Havisham], you are going to be a bit like, 'God, that's Helena Bonham Carter, you know?'
''I'm just this snotty-nosed little new kid. But you just try desperately not to think about it.''

Tom Hanks And Will Smith Team Up At Governor's Awards 2012

Tom Hanks And Will Smith Team Up At Governor's Awards 2012

It's been a relatively quiet year for both Tom Hanks and Will Smith, though both teamed up for the Governor's Awards 2012 on Saturday evening (December 1, 2012). Producers of the show had enlisted the Hollywood giants to present DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg with the first Oscar of awards' season.
Katzenberg received an honorary award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science for his humanitarian work. Smith introduced the revered producer, while Hanks gave fitting speech about the CEO's generosity and his fundraising efforts after the 9/11 attacks. "Jeffrey Katzenberg doesn't have to do any of these things. But Jeffrey Katzenberg cannot help but to do all of these things - it is in his DNA. Jeffrey Katzenberg is a brilliant man, a hardworking man, a visionary and one of the most powerful men (in Hollywood)." Joking about his time spent with Katzenberg, Hanks added, "It's not just the invitation to breakfast. It's the lunch that lasts exactly 47 minutes. It's the follow-up phone call. It's the tour of the facility. It's the follow-up phone call. It's the letter to remind you of the phone call and the tour of the facility. And finally, it's the contribution you make."
Elsewhere at the ceremony, Quentin Tarantino gave a speech for stuntman Hal Needham, who revolutionized the stunt business by appearing in 310 feature films. "He is the man," said the Django Unchained director, "Before he became a director, he pushed the boundaries of what could be done.I have ripped off many shots from you. Today, I say thank you very much."

Pete Doherty Explains Bizarre Train Uniform Theft

Pete Doherty Explains Bizarre Train Uniform Theft

British rocker Pete Doherty has explained a bizarre story which suggested he was banned from France's rail network for stealing staff uniforms, revealing he took a pair of shoes from a platform when he turned up at the station in hotel slippers.
The Libertines star, who is now based in Paris, hit headlines in October (12) when he alleged he was unable to travel across France by train due to an investigation into a number of missing goods.
He wrote in a post on his blog, "(Taking) the train is out of the question. I am currently in discussion with (the train company) regarding my accountability for a missing trolley-load of staff uniforms (gaberdine wool mind you), cold meats, cutlery."
Doherty has now explained that he took a pair of guard's shoes from a station in Paris after arriving there without proper footwear, but insists he mailed them back to bosses at the train line.
He tells fastmazaa.blogspot.com , "A pair of shoes had been left on the platform. And I was in a bit of a state, I was basically in these hotel slippers, and I was late for a train at Gare de Lyon. So I just put these shoes on. It was only afterwards as the train was pulling out I saw a ticket inspector with no shoes coming down the platform. It was comic more than anything. I posted them back. I just changed the laces from black to pink."
A spokesperson for the rail network, Societe Nationale des Chemins de fer Francais (Sncf), insists the star has not been banned from the network, but has no knowledge of Doherty's alleged shoe theft.
